ACRYLIC TOPCOAT PAINT
DEFINITION
> Two-component acrylic is used as a top coat paint on metal materials exposed to the atmosphere and sun rays, and on automobiles, trucks, buses, wagons, on-vehicle equipment.

SURFACE PREPARATION
> Before application, surface oil, dust, dirt, previously painted surfaces, paint residues etc. must be completely free of such substances.
> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry before the application.
> Paint should be applied by adding hardener and thinner at the recommended mixing ratio to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
MIXTURE
> Before the mixture is prepared, Dore acrylic topcoat paint (komp.A) is thoroughly mixed with a low-speed hand mixer.
> After the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, 3 parts of Dore acrylic topcoat paint (comp.A) and 1 part of Dore acrylic topcoat paint hardener (comp.B) are mixed with a low-speed paint hand mixer.
> It is thinned with Dore Acrylic thinner and made ready for use.
MIX LIFE
> It should be consumed within 6-8 hours at > 20°C. This time interval decreases as the temperature increases.
DRYING TIME
> Surface drying 1.5 (20°C)
> Hard drying 6-7 hours
> Full cure 24-36 hours
THINNING
> It can be thinned with Dore Acrylic Thinner.
STORAGE
> Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in sealed packages.
> The packaging must be kept closed when used.
> It can be stored for 1 year without opening the lid.
