ANTI-BACTERIAL CEILİNG PAINT

DEFINITION

> Acrylic emulsion based, white, covering, specially formulated interior ceiling paint.

PROPERTIES

> It is a white ceiling paint with a matt and smooth appearance and high hiding power.

> Integrates with the applied surface. Does not swell and spill. Thanks to its spreading power during application, it saves labor time and has a high breathing ability.

APPLICATION AREA

> In residential constructions, commercial and industrial buildings. It serves safely in painting all kinds of surfaces such as ceilings, walls and beams.

SURFACE PREPARATION

New Painted Surfaces;

> The surfaces to be applied should be cleaned of free dust and the application should be made on dry and clean surfaces.

> Sub-surface is important in obtaining a smooth surface.

> Interior putty can be used as filler and surface corrector to obtain a smoother surface on the building material used on the ceiling.

> After the paste is used, the ceiling is lightly sanded, dust is removed and ceiling paint is applied to the surface.

Old Painted Surfaces;

> Loose old paints that have swelled on the surface should be scraped off and removed from the surface.

> In order to eliminate the level differences on the surface, local puttying should be done with putty, and the entire surface should be smoothed with sandpaper, especially the level differences in the putty areas.

> Sanding dust should be removed from the surface.

> Ceilings that have become dust-free and clean are ready to be painted.

APPLICATION

> The surfaces to be applied must be smooth, solid, dry, clean and able to carry the paint.

> In brush and roller applications, it is recommended to dilute 30% in the first layer and 15% in the second layer with clean water and apply in two layers.

> Care should be taken to ensure that the ambient and surface temperature is between +5°C and +30°C during application.

> Can be applied by brush, roller or spray.

Drying Time (20°C):

> Touch dry : 1 hour

> Waiting time between floors: 2-4 hours

> Final drying : 24 hours

(drying time may be longer with higher humidity and lower temperature)

STORAGE

> It can be stored for 2 years in its unopened package, in a cool and dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
