EXTERIOR PUTTY

DEFINITION

> Acrylic copolymer emulsion based, flexible, exterior filler surface smoothing paste.

PROPERTIES

> It is an exterior wall putty that can be applied easily, dries quickly, is resistant to external conditions, and allows moisture to be evacuated.

> It acts as a filler to fill the gaps formed by cleaning the painted and swollen outer surfaces and to eliminate the existing defects

> Resistant to water and humidity.

> Absorbency is extremely low, paint consumption is low.

SURFACE PREPARATION

> Before the application, the surface must be free of dust, dirt and oil, the blister must be scraped thoroughly and the surface must be dry.

APPLICATION

> Feronia Universal Primer should be applied to strengthen the surface before the putty is applied.

> Before application, mix it with a hand mixer until it reaches a homogeneous consistency.

> Apply the prepared putty to the surface with a spatula, flexible steel trowel or spray method.

> After the first layer has completely dried and hardened (24 hours), the second layer is applied.

> Care should be taken to ensure that the ambient and surface temperature is between +5°C and +30°C during application.

> The setting time must be observed on concrete, exposed concrete and plastered surfaces.

> Wait 4 weeks for newly plastered surfaces.

DRYING TIME (20°C)

> Touch dry: 2-3 hours

> Final drying : 24 hours

STORAGE

> It can be stored for 2 years in its unopened package, in a cool and dry place, protected from frost and direct sunlight.
