INDUSTRIAL ANTIRUST PAINT
DESCRIPTION
> Short oil-based, anti-rust, synthetic oil resin-based primer used under top coat paints to prevent all kinds of iron and iron-derived metal surfaces indoors and outdoors from rusting due to corrosive effects in the atmosphere.
> It is a primer with surface adhesion and strength that can withstand moisture, water and salt water.
AREA OF USE
> It is used as an anti-rust primer on metal surfaces, such as iron joinery, constructions, railings, steel doors, bridges before finishing paint applications.

SURFACE PREPARATION
> Surface oil, dust, dirt, previously painted surfaces, paint residues, etc. that may occur on the applied surfaces before the application must be completely free of substances.
> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry before the application.
> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface and ambient temperature is between +7°C and 30°C during application.
> Metal surfaces to be painted for the first time are primed with 1 coat of Dore Antipas after surface preparation.
> If it has been painted before, the surface should be smoothed with sandpaper and the necessary parts should be primed with Antirust again.
MIXTURE
> It should be applied by diluting 10-15% by volume with Industrial Thinner.
MIX LIFE
> It should be consumed within 6-8 hours at > 20°C. As the temperature increases, this time decreases.
THINNING
> It can be thinned with Dore Industrial Thinner.
STORAGE
> Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in sealed packages.
> The packaging must be kept closed when used.
> It can be stored for 1 year without opening the lid.
