INDUSTRIAL PRIMER

DESCRIPTION

> It is a short oil alkyd resin based primer designed to increase the application and performance properties of air drying topcoat paints.

AREA OF USE

> It is used as a primer paint on all kinds of metal, wood, iron constructions, agricultural machinery and their equipment, industry and factory equipment, inside and outside.

SURFACE PREPARATION

> Before the application, the surface oil, dust, dirt, previously painted surfaces should be completely cleared of paint residues.

> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry before the application.

> Ambient temperature during application should be between +10°C and +35°C.

> The paint temperature should not drop below 12°C during the application.

MIXTURE

> Mix thoroughly before preparing the mixture.

> After the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, it is diluted with Dore Industrial Thinner and made ready for use.

MIXTURE RATIO

> It is a single component product.

MIX LIFE

> It should be prepared by thinning the paint enough to be consumed within a few hours.

THINNING

> It can be thinned with Dore Industrial Thinner..

STORAGE

> Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in sealed packages.

> The packaging must be kept closed when used.

> It can be stored for 1 year without opening the lid.
