ONE COMPONENT PRIMER
DEFINITION
> It is a one-component, special resin combination, protective primer applied on sheet metal, galvanized and aluminum surfaces to improve its adhesion and performance, and to increase the anti-corrosion property of the paint system.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION
> Surface oil, dust, dirt, pre-painted surfaces, paint residues must be completely free of such substances before application.
> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry before the application.
> Applied directly to metal surfaces.
> The surface must be dry and sanded and also be free of materials such as oil, grease.
> It ensures easy adhesion of the Topcoat and Primer applied to the surface.
> It is highly resistant to corrosion.
> All kinds of synthetic, cellulosic, polyurethane and acrylic based topcoats can be used on it.
> Polyester resin base paste should not be applied on it.
STORAGE
> It can be stored for one year in its unopened original packaging, in an environment of 5-35°C, out of direct sunlight.
> It should be protected from extreme temperature and humidity.
