SHOP PRIMER PAINT

DEFINITION

> It is a two component epoxy based reaction drying fast drying anticorrosive primer with high adhesion.

AREA OF USE

> Adheres to light metals and sheet metal surfaces, has fast drying properties, provides corrosion resistance during stacking and manufacturing, does not burn during welding processes, does not foam and does not deteriorate the quality of welding, creating a smooth surface for all kinds of air and oven-drying primers to be applied on it. It is used as an intermediate coat to minimize blistering on surfaces containing anticorrosive pigments, resistant to chemical factors, high abrasion resistance, able to protect the applied surface for a long time depending on the film thickness and surface cleanliness, and also on surfaces where zinc silicate or spray is applied.

TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

> Before the application, the surface must be completely cleared of oil, dust, dirt, paint residues on previously painted surfaces, etc.

> Before the application, the surface must be completely dry.

> Ambient temperature should be between +10°C and +35°C during application and curing.

> The temperature of the paint prepared during the application should not fall below 12°C and the relative humidity of the environment should not exceed 70%.

> It is used for the adhesion of the primer and top coats to be applied.

> Before use, hardener should be added after the paint is thoroughly mixed.

> Care should be taken in the mixing process after the addition of hardener.

> 15 minutes after the mixture is prepared, the paint mixture is brought to the application viscosity by using Dore Paint Cellulosic Thinner.

> The film thickness should not exceed 20 microns.

STORAGE

> It can be stored for one year in its unopened original packaging, in an environment of 5-35°C, out of direct sunlight.

> It should be protected from extreme temperature and humidity.
