SOLVENT FREE EPOXY PAINT 

DEFINITION

> Epoxy-polyamide based, two-component epoxy paint resistant to fresh water, sea water, crude oil and abrasion.

AREA OF USE

> In order to protect concrete and metal surfaces from atmospheric and chemical effects, in refineries, petrochemical and other industrial establishments, ports and shipyards, drinking water and fuel tanks, treatment and waste water discharge tanks, food industry, hospital and pharmaceutical industry, textile and floor tiles etc. It can be easily and safely applied in the inner surface coating of pipes in chemical plants.

TECHNICIAL SPECIFICATIONS

SURFACE PREPARATION

> Before the application, the surface must be completely cleared of oil, dust, dirt, paint residues on previously painted surfaces.

> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry before the application. In order to ensure adhesion on aluminum surfaces, the surface must be mattified (with sandpaper).

> During application and drying, the ambient temperature and paint temperature should not fall below 12°C and the relative humidity of the environment should not exceed 70%.

APPLICATION

> Solvent Free Epoxy Paint: 4 parts (by weight)

> Solvent-Free Epoxy Paint Hardener: 1 part (by weight) is mixed and homogenized and the mixture is left to rest.

> It should not be prepared more than the amount to be applied during the Mixture Life Period.

> It can be applied with a brush or a roller.

MIXTURE

> Surface drying at > 20°C; 4-6 hours

> Full drying at 20°C; 16-24 hours

STORAGE

> Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in sealed packages.

> The mouth of the package should be kept closed during use.

> It can be stored for 1 year without opening the lid.
