DOUBLE COMPONENT POLYURETHANE FLOOR ADHESIVE
POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE DESCRIPTION:
Adhesive for two-component floor coverings. It is a two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based adhesive.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
Polyurethane adhesive is successfully applied in industrial rubber coatings, insulation coatings, insulation coatings, and also in bonding concrete, synthetic grass carpet, glass, metal ceramics, styrofoam, wooden plywood, chipboard and rubber tiles.
PVC flooring materials should not be adhered without trial. It can be used indoors and outdoors.

PREPARING THE APPLICATION SURFACE:
The floors on which polyurethane adhesive will be applied must be clean, dry, crack-free, and have compressive and tensile strengths.
Surface defects on the floor should be corrected with screeds.
In systems with underfloor heating, the heating must be activated 10 days in advance and must be turned off during the application.
The system can be operated again 72 hours after the application.
APPLICATION TOOLS:
A2,A3,B1,B2,B3,C1 type notched trowel.
APPLICATION :
The two-component polyurethane adhesive is mixed for at least two minutes, with 5 parts and 1 part hardener by weight. The usage time of this mixture is 15 minutes at +20°C.
Polyurethane adhesive hardens and reaches mechanical strength 5 to 8 hours after application. After mixing with the polyurethane adhesive hardener, the usage time of this mixture depends on the temperature and humidity of the environment.
The usage time is shortened in a hot environment, and the usage time is extended in a cold environment, and it is not recommended to be used below 10 degrees.
It is convenient to use a notched trowel for applying adhesive. It is appropriate to apply the adhesive on both surfaces when sticking coating materials on surfaces that may be exposed to moisture later.

With Ethyl acetate or Butyl Acetate.
SHELF LIFE:
12 months at normal room temperature.
PACKAGING SHAPE AND COLOR:
A component is offered for sale as a 21kg tin pail and a B component as a 4kg tin pail.
MATTERS TO CONSIDER:
The covers of the products (A and B Components) should be tightly closed after use.
It is necessary to use gloves and goggles during work.
If the skin comes into contact with the hardener, it should be washed immediately with soapy water.
In case of contact with eyes, seek medical advice immediately.
