ACRYLIC PRIMER
DEFINITION
> It is a two-component acrylic isocyanate-based primer with high adhesion strength, film thickness and corrosion resistance.
> By being compatible with acrylic paints to be applied on it, it increases the protective properties of the paint film and its adhesion to metal surfaces.
> It has high resistance against chemicals.
AREA OF USE
> It is used as a primer paint on metal materials exposed to intense chemical effects, atmosphere and sun rays and on airplanes, helicopters, tanks and buses.

SURFACE PREPARATION
> Before application, surface oil, dust, dirt, previously painted surfaces, paint residues etc. must be completely free of such substances.
> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry before the application.
> Paint should be applied by adding hardener and thinner at the recommended mixing ratio to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
APPLICATION
> Before the mixture is prepared, the paint (comp.A) is mixed thoroughly with a paint hand mixer.
> After the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, mix 4 volumes of Dore Acrylic Primer (komp.A) and 1 volume of Dore Acrylic Primer Hardener (komp.B) with a hand mixer.
> It is thinned with Acrylic Thinner and made ready for use.
MIXING RATIO
> About 4 parts (by weight) acrylic primer Paint by volume and 1 part Acrylic Primer Paint hardener.
MIX LIFE
> Should be consumed within 6-8 hours at > 20°C. As the temperature increases, this time decreases.
DRYING TIME
> Surface drying 1.5 hours (20°C)
> Hard drying 6-7 hours
> Full cure 24-36 hours
THINNING
> It can be thinned with Acrylic Thinner.
STORAGE
> Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in sealed packages.
> The packaging must be kept closed when used.
> It can be stored for 1 year without opening the lid.
