DOREPOX ZINC RICH PRIMER
DEFINITION
> Zinc-rich, epoxy resin-based, two-component primer.
> A coating resistant to abrasion and atmospheric conditions is obtained.
> Contains minimum % zinc dust by weight.
AREA OF USE
> It is used for high corrosion protection of steel structures in industrial facilities, bridges and dams, fresh and sea water environments.

SURFACE PREPARATION and APPLICATION
> Surface oil, dust, dirt, pre-painted surfaces, paint residues must be completely free of such substances before application.
> Before the application, the surface must be completely dry.
> Ambient temperature should be between +10°C and +35°C during application and curing.
> During the application, the temperature of the prepared paint should not fall below 12°C and the relative humidity of the environment should not exceed 70%.
> The surface temperature of the material to be applied must be at least 3°C above the dew point in order to avoid condensation in the paint.
> Ventilation is required during application and drying in closed environments.
DRYING TIME
> Surface Drying :0.5-1 hour (20°C)
> Hard Drying : 3-4 hours
> Second Floor Min : 3 hours
STORAGE
> It can be stored for one year in its unopened packages, in an environment of 5-35°C, out of direct sunlight.
> It should be protected from extreme temperature and humidity.
