POLYURETHANE TOPCOAT PAINT
DEFINITION
> It is a polyurethane resin-based, two-component, top coat paint that gives glossy film, high UV resistance, cures with aliphatic isocyanate, has high chemical resistance, adhesion and high mechanical strength.
AREA OF USE
> It has been formulated to be used in prefabricated buildings, industrial facilities, metal constructions, on-vehicle equipment, in all areas where resistance to moisture and corrosion is required.

SURFACE PREPARATION
> Before application, oil, dust, dirt, previously painted surfaces, paint residues etc. must be completely free of such substances.
> Before the application, the surface must be completely dry.
> Paint should be applied by adding hardener and thinner at the recommended mixing ratio to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
MIXTURE
> Before preparing the mixture, Dorepur topcoat (komp.A) is mixed thoroughly with a low-speed paint hand mixer.
> After the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, 4 volumes of Dorepur (comp.A) and 1 volume of Dorepur top coat hardener (komp.B) are mixed with a low speed paint hand mixer.
> It is thinned with Dorepur Thinner and made ready for use.
MIX LIFE
> It should be consumed within 6-8 hours at > 20°C.
> This time decreases as the temperature increases.
THINNING
> It can be thinned with Dorepur Polyurethane Thinner.
STORAGE
> Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in sealed packages. The mouth of the package should be kept closed when used.
> It can be stored for 1 year without opening the lid.
