SYNTHETIC TOPCOAT PAINT
DEFINITION
> It is a long oil alkyd resin based, semi-matt or glossy top coat paint.
AREA OF USE
> It is used as a top coat paint on prefabricated buildings, industrial facilities, metal constructions, interior and exterior facades of buildings, wooden parts.

SURFACE PREPARATION
> Before application, surface oil, dust, dirt, previously painted surfaces, paint residues etc. must be completely free of such substances.
> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry before the application.
> It should be applied after obtaining a homogeneous mixture by adding thinner.
MIXTURE
> The mixture is thoroughly mixed before preparation.
> After the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, it is thinned with Dore synthetic Thinner and made ready for use.
> It should be prepared by thinning the paint enough to be consumed within a few hours.
DRYING TIME
> Surface drying 2-4 hours (20°C)
> Hard drying 10-12 hours
> Full cure min. 12 hours
THINNING
> It can be thinned with Synthetic Thinner.
STORAGE
> Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in sealed packages.
> The packaging must be kept closed when used.
> It can be stored for 1 year without opening the lid.
