EPOXY PRIMERLESS PAINT
DEFINITION
> It is an epoxy resin-based, high-strength, two-component anticorrosive paint containing zinc phosphate, showing corrosion resistance, reaction drying, and does not require primer application.
> Protects metals operating under heavy conditions against rust and corrosion.
AREA OF USE
> It is formulated to be used in petrochemical facilities, tanks, bridges, ships, prefabricated structures, industrial facilities, metal constructions, concrete surfaces where resistance to moisture and corrosion is required.

SURFACE PREPARATION
> Before the application, the surface must be completely cleared of oil, dust, dirt, paint residues on previously painted surfaces.
> Care should be taken to ensure that the surface is completely dry before application.
> Materials sandblasted to Sa 2½ should be painted within a maximum of four hours.
> The material should be sandblasted again as oxidation will start on the surface within the time extension.
APPLICATION
> Before the mixture is prepared, Dorepox Primerless paint (komp.A) is thoroughly mixed with a low-speed paint hand mixer.
> After the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, 4 volumes of Dorepox Unlined (comp.A) and 1 volume of Dorepox Unlined Hardener (comp.B) are mixed with a low-speed paint hand mixer.
> It is thinned with Dorepox Thinner and made ready for use.
MIX LIFE
> It should be consumed within 6-8 hours at > 20°C.
> This time decreases as the temperature increases.
THINNING
> Can be thinned with Dorepox Epoxy Thinner
STORAGE
> Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, in sealed packages.
> The packaging must be kept closed when used.
> It can be stored for 1 year without opening the lid.
